Trying to identify a Korean drama tv series from about 2000 to 2005

More info which I can provide is that the boys eyes are covered with his hairs and yup the last scene was that I provided before and in that scene at last the boy come closer to the girl and that's it

I saw a short clip on Instagram. In the scene,Whenever a girl is being chased by gunde (thugs) she always rans towards a boy she didnt knew i guess, and whenever that thugs see the boy ran like mouse like they are too musch cpscrade of a boy
There was differnt scene joined to make a short video clip . Once boy was sitting in the gaming room . The he boy had long hair covering his eyes and a red mark on his face. Once when girl came to him in room he was laying , holding a football. When the gunde saw him, they got scared, he threw the football at them, and they gave it back while folding hands and ran away. Please help me find this drama!
