What was a K-drama that you saw that left you hooked, even when you finished it?

For example, one of my favorite K-dramas is W: Two Worlds Apart, but after I finished the series, it took me like 3 days to recover from the sadness that there are absolutely no more episodes😭

Kind of like when you eat all of your favorite snack, and there's none left until you go to the store. But when you go to buy it, you realize they discontinued that snack everywhere. So, not only can you not get that snack at the store, but you can't get it anywhere!

I'm so curious because most of the time people's favorites dramas are 10 out of 10 watches🙂‍↕️

Just Between Lovers and The Princess' Man. Both took me days to get over.

Just Between Lovers

It's quite a coincidence because I know it's not every people cup of tea, but me too:
My favorite drama is "W two worlds".

It's a long story that I'll resume shortly here:
I wrote a visual screenplay of a plausible Season 2 of this drama. Then, you could be interested.
Most of it is same style than original W drama, about plot-twists and emotional roller coaster.
It uses same writing techniques than Song Jae-Jung's ones, as she published her W screenplay.

My 10/10 kdramas that always hit the same and even require me to recover when watching edits <3 :

- My secret Terrius

- Crash landing on you

- Hi, bye mama

- Tomorrow

- Circle: 2 worlds connected

- The master's sun

I haven't watched W yet, but it's on my watchlist!

There is a chance you like W, because you liked Circle.
Circle is a complex story with smart screenplay. Of course it's a bit more sci-fi than W.
However, even if the concept of W looks fantasy, the way it's told isn't and is more in sci-fi mode.
I mean, W concept is absurd, yet the writer leads it with ultra-smart logic, and it's really what I loved right from my first watch. Best expression to qualify this drama is "mind-blowing". It's a "twilight zone" feeling, and most of dramas from this writer have that, Nine Time Travel, Memories of the Alhambra.

Tie between Reborn Rich and Vincenzo

i recently watched "the worst of evil " and that was one of the best i gave watched in that genre loved everyone's acting

Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo.

A Drama That Broke My Heart and Rewired My Brain.

It is a tie between 'Angel's Last Mission: Love' and 'Navillera' Although I don't consider myself a religious person, 'ALM' really prompted me to think about my life and the importance of my journey so far. The  background story had me rooting for the main character. Meanwhile, 'Navillera' told a heartfelt story about an older man chasing his dreams. It delivered a strong message that it's never too late to pursue your passions. The acting was exceptional, and the storytelling extraordinary. Watching these dramas was an emotional ride that brought me to tears, highlighting the beauty of friendship and strong family ties. I'm truly thankful I took the time to watch them, as they have genuinely touched my heart.

Here are a few of my favourites:

- Love Scout: the plot, screenwriting and romance were done very delicately, which I have not seen in another kdrama before this.

- Voice: my favourite crime / thriller kdrama, as i greatly enjoyed the small details involved in the crime solving process. Partners for Justice is a close second though.

- Extraordinary You and Romance is a Bonus Book: not because of the romance (although I did enjoy romance in the latter), but more because of the vibes depicted throughout the dramas. The scenes exuded a unique magical / calming atmosphere which I still vividly remember till this day.

- Hospital Playlist: an excellent balance of slice-of-life, comedy and life lessons.

- Behind Your Touch: It managed to incorporate comedic elements to offset the dark concept without the execution being awkward, and mood and pace were consistent throughout the show despite constant plot twists.
