^I agree completely. I would have done that same thing if I was being harassed and stalked by those girls. Their companies and the government need to protect them better. Just because they are minors is no excuse.

They should do to those girls what they would do in America...Either try them as adults or hold their parents accountable to the law for their behavior. Stalking by anyone...no matter if they are of adult age or not is inexcusable. And those poor people are living in the bell jar enough as it is just by fame alone. No one should even voice the excuse that they are famous and should expect this. This is beyond inhumane.

I'm shocked and horrified by this. They should be ashamed of themselves. If I was their parent I would be so ashamed of my child. Never would that happen. And it reflects horribly on their country too...to not stop this or at least pass some laws to try and prevent this kind of thing.
Jeaniessi wrote: you know what? I have no mixed feelings. These guys are being tortured! Tortured! If it causes them to cuss and fight back...fight against the claustrophic, dangerous, horrible, fanatical stalking they are being subjected to then I don't blame them one bit.

A stream of F words and counter defense seems perfectly justified to me. S. Korea and other Asian countries...hell any country... who doesn't have some kind of laws in place to protect them then they should have a right to protect themselves. I read the "Privates" thing Kamz showed me last night that had JaeJoong's words in their entirety un-edited and my heart just ached for him and for the other guys.

I may be a fangirl but I would never never think for one moment that I had any right to take away someone's privacy and invade their life in such a horrible manner. And if Jaejoong and any other Kpop or Actor has fought back in this way...well GOOD for him and GOOD for them!

What those people are doing to them is beyond horrible. I hope that somehow this brings this to light and those girls/people are stopped.

**The thing is...It seems like in Korea, a precedent has been set on how stars are expected to treat their fans. Also the weight that the public has on their private lives has always shocked me. It is one thing for a star to be an ass to the public; a diva and a jerk... But it is whole other thing entirely for a star/actor/singer to be expected to live their lives according to what the public might think of them and fear of netizens ruining their lives over the slightest infraction or mistake** It's sad and wrong.

What "Privates" thing? Could you send it to me?

And I agree with everything you said! And what everyone else has said. This sort of thing makes me sick, I can only imagine what would happen if even one of them were to get in a relationship with someone else. That poor girl would probably be stalked and have death threats from these so called "fans." It's hard enough for famous people to live a normal life, but these guys don't even get any personal time or a moment where they can breathe because of these psychos.

I agree with RF, too. I'm the type of fan that might go gaga over a group and find them attractive and love their music or want to see them in a drama/variety show, but I couldn't imagine actually stalking them outside of these sorts of things. What they do in their private life is their business and not everyone else's. There's a difference between being a fan and being obsessed. Those girls need help. And it seems to happen more often with guy groups than girl groups. Like the girls are more psychotic than the guys. Are there any things as bad like this happening with the girl groups, does anyone know?

I just feel bad for the popular groups like JYJ who have to put up with this sort of thing day and night and then get ridiculed if they defend themselves. And groups like Block B who make a terrible joke and have people sign suicide petitions and wishing them dead. This has got to stop, what is wrong with people??

lots of disturbing stuff D:
Don't know if any of you have seen JYJ's come on over; Jaejoong also got stalked whilst shooting that too O:

I just read through that. And it is really disturbing....it makes me sick >__<

And it really is! Except it's not a movie but real life :/ I feel so bad for them, that has to be horrible!!
Darn it. I just read those two articles on allkpop yesterday and the whole fandom were pretty much in chaos replying to that thread. A very concerned fan posted this link about "privates" and said people should spread what these sasaeng fans do: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QXbyYQjPbfXtdcRF4Uh9k-2wx_VUHzfbjV80ZnwsRHg/preview?pli=1&sle=true

@C4U : they are called so because they stalk idols' privacy and they like provoking them so that they can say they have a different level of closeness to their idols than the rest of the fans.

Really, those audio clips can easily be fake. Unless I'm presented with clear unedited VISUAL PROOF, I am not believing that Jaejoong hit a girl. Thanks to allkpop for sensationalizing this news. HAH!

And just a couple of weeks back there was a short clip of YC being 'violent' towards a fan that went viral and this was being copied and reposted alongside teasers for Rooftop Prince. It kinda lessened my excitement for RP but thanks to this, the context became clearer.

Timing of these news are really suspicious. Aren't they on a South American tour right now?

They really ought to hire security if it's already come to this. Just my opinion
Those fans at the windows..looked like ghosts or zombies. That's the stuff of nightmares. :( Poor guys.

are we talking the so called "PRIVATES"??!!!!!...i HATE them...how dare they do what they do and claim they are the fans...
I agree with all three of you (Rain, Jeanie, and Sleepninja). I there's a difference between being a fan and being a stalker.

I kind of figured that. I was asking at first because I didn't know if it was an article or something called "Privates" because I've heard of psycho fans before but didn't know they were called that.

And agreed Kamz...they can't call themselves fans. It's just...fans respect their idols, what these people do are not only disrespectful but they also harm the idol they claim to "adore" and the whole thing just makes me sick.

Why do they have to apologize this way? Apologizing for being tortured for years. It's a sad state of affairs.

I can't believe it either. Does this mean they are admitting to using violence against these sasaeng 'fans' and admit that they're sorry?? Wow...I got confused. WHY!
