Guys, today I found out my despair and regret has reached a new level: I was already thinking, whether this story will be remade/adapted and remade every ten years like many other well-known Chinese novels? During the next remake, will they consider our XL's popularity and give him a different ending, or simply let him be with XY? TSJ’s character design can also be changed, at least not being so annoying that people want to abandon the show... If this is the case, the story will be truly close to perfection, and XY’s character will not need to be weakened, she will become a real princess we are proud of. The only thing worries me is that I am afraid we may never find another person in the world who can play XL as perfectly as TJC. The cast of this drama is rare, every leading actor even Ah Nian is both beautiful and well-acted. Will a cast like this appear again? Can I see XL's happy ending before I die? Will I meet you in the comment area again then? Have I lost my mind...?

If a remake were to happen, what would you like them to change? Or do you never want to be trapped in this story again? Tell me about it?:-)

Yes, I was a Jinger for a looooong time. I was his fan for more than 75% of the show. From episodes 1 to 30, I supported him. 

I already explained this so many times before in the XL & XY thread and this thread so TL/DR:

I switched sides at the end of episode 30 when I saw Xiang Liu sacrificing one of his lives to save XY from death. I was so moved by his selflessness, I abandoned the YaoJing ship and swam to the YaoLiu ship :)

Who could not be moved by this? What I love about Xiang Liu is that he strengthens Xiao Yao to stand on her own two feet and not have to rely on anybody.

The music playing in the background and Xiang Liu looking at her so lovingly while shaking and bleeding made me emotional not gonna lie.

It's a tragedy they didn't end up together.

I love that XL theme music, and it's like the GIFs have a soundtrack.  Awesome.

This scene is so moving and so XL.  I mean even at death's door, he's prodding at her, trying to get a reaction out of her.  What was it Tan Jian Ci said?  XL gives XY the warmest love in the coldest way.

And yes!  Something all the mudslingers ignore.  XL was the most empowering of her suitors, who actually listened to what she said.
