Watching LYF recently reminded me of Start Up Korean drama few years ago (anyone seen this drama?)

I rmbr the fan war from that drama, is exactly the same as this. 

Man, i don't even want to recall those times.
The FL & ML, caused me the same anger as XY and TSJ. They both lost their senses and fell in love.
While the 2ML reminded me of XL. He remained the most logical till the end.

Unfortunately, if the leaked script is true, they'll even take that away from CX. He already had little relevance enough, how could they take something so important away from him???

There are those who say he's the reason why Cang Xuan is king........Apparently he's the "kingmaker" but he can't even solve his family problems by himself. He's smart enough to make the plan to make Cang Xuan king but can't even solve his measly problem with his fiancee. He had to have Hou's wife inform him first and then XY to help him out. It's absurd. And people still wonder why we don't like him. Ridiculous

Honestly?? Even if we take into account the difficulty of dealing with family due to sentiments etc. It took him a decade and he needed other people to help him out!! He's not stupid, he's just ineffective. 

This whole, "he's just kind" thing is bullshit. He doesn't have drawn and quartered his brother, but to do jack all is not kind, it's idiotic. With such a lack of survival and self-preservation instinct, once Xiang Liu is not there to rescue them, Xiao Yao will be dead if she relies on Jing.

I'm STILL holding out that the leaked script isn't true, or that it's an early draft that they tossed.  Cause, yes.  Why would XY dump CX if he doesn't kill Jing?

Hmmmm.  I need to rewatch those scenes with CX.  I mean, he understood how beneficial Jing's resources were but I think he could have done it himself, especially with Feng Long's resources.  I mean, Granddaddy Emperor didn't make him his successor because of his relationship with Jing.

I don't know.   I just don't think the script or the performance showed Jing as smart.... maybe he was cunning, in how he manipulated XY, but did he do that with conscious intention?  But yes, I think we can agree, he was definitely ineffective.

Yes.  It's great that Jing is kind, but he came across as an idiot, as well as 'kind'.  If he was going to ignore / forgive all the crap his brother did, he should have tons of safeguards in place to prevent him from doing it again. 

LOL!  This is true.  I'm surprised XL felt good about leaving her with Jing.  But I guess that's why he taught her archery, so she doesn't have to rely on Jing.

He always knew all the way XL was the best he could have on his sides but working for him no way being his best enemy is better ;) In an alternate dimension maybe without political interference. I like so much their tension was so enjoyable to forget ❤️

What makes Jing so annoying to me, is that none of what he got in the end, are a result of his actions or own merit. He deserves none of the happiness that XL fought and sacrificed for (techinically XL did it for XY, but Jing gained from it ultimately). In fact he gained more than XY did because I don't think she will ever truly be happy with Jing after XL's death hit her in the face and made her finally realize his importance. And god forbid she finds out all the XL did for her and his true feelings towards her, cuz then Jing will be left to smell her fart as she mops for XL even more.

And yes, with Jing being so weak, how are the 2 of them gonna survive without XL to protect them in the future? Maybe its good this way, both of them dies and XY can finally be with XL in the other world :) Jing can watch from the sidelines and weap, as he usually does!

CX doesnt get much attention because he is neither well loved nor much hated. A bit unfortunate as ZWY did his character justice, but his character just got overshadowed by the other 2.
