He isn't going to die if the novel is followed. The novel is a happy ending but I'm not sure about the makers as all the dramas under Love On series this year had a sad ending even though the novel had a happy ending.
I remember Bright Eyes in the Dark. The novel has a happy ending too. I loved the leads.
