Looking for a drama where MC ends up in another world

I'm searching for a portal fantasy story or an isekai story.

Basically what I want is a drama where the main character comes from our world but ends up in another world.  I have a big weakness for stories like this. I especially love it when want a person gets transferred inside a story and they have to fight to change their fate.
