can't remember drama name

Hi Everyone, 

I am looking for a drama I watched. 

It is very similar to "A love so beautiful" except it starts in the middle when they are reunited as adults. 

I think the Male Lead is a doctor in it as well.

No. I they dated before and split up. They run into each other at hospital years later. It starts when they see each other as adults, then back tracks.
