rec's for a 12 yo boy

my nephew has watched some drama here and there with me and he really likes them, he cant stop talking about my girl ( which he saw 3 episodes of 6 mos ago) and he liked My Name is Kim Sam Soon. any one know any other ones that a 12 yo boy might like?

I highly recommend Don Quixote for him. Also Hong Gil Dong is pretty innocent and fun...Told from a guy's point of view. Meitantei No Okite is funny, comedy and more geared toward boys. Very innocent but funny.

I thought the same!

It's better to keep it Jap, because there are many Jdramas for teens, tweens or just for fun. Maybe Stand Up!! although I don't think that's a recommendable subject for a 12 year old.... ._.

i didnt see the drama, but i distinctly remember the anime NOT being something i would let a 12 yo watch. twincest any one?

I don't know how bad it was in the anime, but it didn't seem bad in the drama. But he's not my kid...lol Edit: You meant Stand Up? I don't know what that is about...lol or OHSHC?

Stand up had an anime? Considering the subject of Stand Up is to get laid, I wouldn't recommend it to a 12 year old.

Going by that then, he shouldn't watch DQ either. It has alcohol consumption.

i meant Ouran highschool host club. i dont know if stand up has an anime.

If he liked Kim Sam Soon I'm pretty sure he would like Flower Boy Ramyun Shop. From J-drama side I'd say Tokyo Ghost Trip, Asuko March, Hammer Session, RH Plus and Fuuma no Kojiro. They're really good ones.
