There are quite a few that end that way with the fictional character coming to reality for a happy ending, but these are ones where the whole plot is that:

• W  (the leads go back and forth between the manga and real world, with the fictional ML often in the real world)
• My Paper Boy (ML comes from a manga)
• From Past with Love (ML and SFL come from the book FL is currently writing)
• Heartbeat Love (FL comes from ML's comic)
• My Kung Fu Girlfriend (FL comes from a video game)
• Mr. Bad (ML comes from FL's book)
• Pop Out Boy! (ML comes from a manga)
• Please Don’t Spoil Me (the first two seasons FL goes into a novel, the last three has the ML coming to the real world from the book)
• The Next Stop W (cdrama version of W, ML and FL go back and forth between the manga world and the real world, with the fictional ML often in the real one)
• Dear Diary (maybe? ML comes from FL's diary to the real world but there is a twist that he's actually a real person who time traveled)
