Possibly The Sweetest Secret  and My Fated Boy  (6 year age gap, both are adults before the relationship begins, both couples knew each other since childhood). And Lighter & Princess has no age gap/childhood together but the FL is extremely protective and caring toward the ML.

I'm not sure about the limit age (but there shouldn't be anything with ten years age-gap but I'm not sure either, please check them first) but here are some dramas I like:

Destined to Meet You (fl thinking ml and her sleeping together and fl wants to take responsibility since ml is younger but actually it's part of ml's strategy to get close to fl so fl will choose him as her upcoming marriage partner) - fl wants to take care of ml but somehow I remember ml is better at taking care of her

Falling into You (ml want fl to train him so he try to attract her attention by showing his high jump, ml is whiny and cute.  Fl then become ml's coach) - fl takes care ml in everything, like a normal coach

Long Vacation (fl and ml becoming roommate after fl's fiancee-who used to be ml's roommate-left her on the wedding day with all of the money. Lively fl makes gloomy ml becoming happier) - my all time favorite, fl is the caring type

Reply 1988 (fl and ml are the same age and neighbours, along with another 3 boys of the same age, 1 older boy, 1 older girl, 1 younger boy and 1 younger girl) - fl takes care of ml since he's a go genius who practically can't do anything other than go

Why Women Love (fl is ml's boss but ml is company's heir, the company owner wish she could teach him about the company. Fl is useless at anything other than works while ml is great at almost everything but he doesn't like to work) - here fl takes care ml at the company but ml takes care of her foods, he's a great cook

I also think sml is better, but ml is much braver in expressing his love towards fl, that's why they ends up together.

Her brother is free-spirited and a walking red flag indeed. But I don't remember fl being toxic, probably when she forcefully her idea of living a happy life on ml? Then maybe she is a quite toxic, but she is arguably the reason ml grown up as a pianist.

I heard the writer even want to kill sml on a jet crash, gladly she's not. Actually sml is very cute since fl being sent to accompany sml to a go match abroad. My younger brother even called him cute.

Indeed fl usually ask ml to treat her since she's broke from being abandoned by her fiancee on the exact wedding day and that fiancee steals all of their money. Ml is feeling guilty that's why he lets her live-in and he's also pretty generous to fl. Actually fl cancel her wedding to her boss-a photographer-because he loves ml-so I think she really love ml and she want him to be happy, I remember she try to matchmaking ml and sfl and giving courage to ml to ask out sfl.

But I can't defend the brother, really. I once thought the brother really love sml but then he's back to his ex. I'm speechless. Innocent girl always fall to bad boy, and bad boy only want something new.

Ok, I need romance 3 is actually on my watchlist, never got around to it. I think I'll do it now, since I'm on a major slump right now. Btw if you've got an idea of some drama that could get me out of it, please share (preferably something short and/or easy?
