In Search Of

Dramas where the ML has to take care of an ex or a girl he liked before or a girl that likes him and he keeps ignoring the FL because he is busy taking care of another woman. Usually the FL leaves him or breaks up with him and he has to grovel/beg for forgiveness. I want that eventually they get back together. I ask if please you can tell me about the plot and which characters have this story line the leads or secondary. 

Examples: 

•Gank My Heart (the ex he still loved during the drama comes back but when he already liked the FL and she manipulates him into taking care of her when she has an accident, he ignores and neglects the FL and she leaves him. They get back together.) 

•Step By Step Love (ML friend died and his sister liked the ML she comes back to the ML life when he is already with the FL. She was in an accident and supposedly has memory lost and he is taking care of her and ignores and forgets and neglects the FL. She leaves him. They get back together even if he didn’t deserve it.) 

•The Girls' Lies (2023) (One of the two main couples has this story line but they are actually married, his ex comeback and tell him she is dying and her last wish is for him to be by her side and he actually goes with her and takes care of her, leaving his wife suffering. And on this one too they stay together later on.) 

 Italophilia:

• Full House  ML loves the SFL and only went into a contract marriage with the FL in a convoluted bid to win SFL's love. But SFL has a long-time crush on SML who likes FL. Needy SFL is used to having ML at her beck and call, but ML and FL eventually fall for each other and ML is torn between the two. Once ML gets his head straight about who he truly loves, ML and FL end up together.
• Fated to Love You (Taiwanese original story)   ML loves the SFL, but married FL because he inadvertently got her pregnant. When SFL's dance career is over because of an injury, she returns to ML. ML and FL have started to have feelings toward each other, bonding over the baby they'll have together. SFL sets FL up with a faked Abortion Agreement, upsetting FL causing her to be in an accident and lose the baby. SFL thought that without a baby, SFL and ML can get back together. But ML could not let FL go.
