Main character gets over failure /beats a competitor

1.Need a recommendation where a FL or a ML is depressed or bitter after a failure but later they become stronger and succeed in something. +/- romance...

2.a recommendation where there's a strong competition between two characters (may be they're two obvious leaders in a group), where a hard-working, diligent and passionate main character loses to their competitor (+/- and is jealous of their success or irritated or just sad). Can be vice-versa as well where the main character loses to a more diligent one

Preferably an asian drama but I can also consider films and any other countries (but where all problems are solved without drug-taking please)

• Nothing but You - ML suffers a set back in his career and makes a comeback with the help of the FL.
•  Sugar Sugar Honey - FL is forced to give up her dreams and ML inspires her in both her new dream and her old.
