Please recommend me something like this

Little Cherry

So I've not watched Chinese dramas for about 6 months and more. And I'm a huge fan of those plots where heroine is in love with the hero but he loves someone else. And not many dramas are like this honestly. Mostly the second lead couple story fall in this trope. So there the story usually goes like---


Second lead loves main female lead but she loves main lead. And now second female lead loves second lead and somehow he comes around to love her back as well towards the end. And I am a huge blastic fan of this trope of painful one sided love being recruited back and happy ending. 


So can you give me the list along with their story descriptions, of all the newest dramas that came recently that have this trope. Please don't make it too different. I can also accept tropes where she loves him but he doesn't even though he is not in love with anyone else. And please happy endings. 


More exciting would be if it's the SML still in love with FL and SFL gets into the picture somehow, either she can chase him foolishly or admire him silently. To watch their romance develop would be such a good thing to see. 


So that later when he realises his feelings for the SFL, it'd be such a satisfying thing to watch! 


Such plots are really my guilty-pleasure so I must apologise if I sound like a sadistic person. 🥲

You are so sweet (SML was definitely the most handsome and funny lol and dumb af to realise his feelings for the SFL so late but it's funny how he chases after her. His confession scene was so cute and romantic!) 



Love, now(definitely loved the development between the two, I'm OPEN FOR THE OLD CHINESE DRAMAS AS WELL, if they follow the same plot!)

I remember manga titled Parfait Tic (Japanese) is exactly like this, happy ending for female lead and the first boy she like as the second boy has complicated problem - woman - he can't solve so he has to let go of FL.  And Nothing but Thirty (kinda, the childish one of the three women broke up with her husband because she feels like she's not loved and playing date with a younger man then the husband wants her back because it's not that he doesn't love her), Why Women Love (not exactly but FL chase a man with ML's help but in the middle of it, both fall in love - ML fall first - and the man FL chase confess to her but she choose ML)


 Little Cherry:
SML still in love with FL and SFL gets into the picture somehow, either she can chase him foolishly or admire him silently. To watch their romance develop would be such a good thing to see.

You're welcome, but I just come to realisation; please ignore my second set of recommendation. It's about FL likes SML but then ML loves FL back while FL dates/is being closer to SML. I read it wrong.

Parfait Tic (manga), Nothing but Thirty, and Why Women Love are actually about FL like another guy but the first guy then likes FL and FL ended up with the first guy with various type of relationship level between FL and another guy. I misread your text.

Rest all follow the same trope right cause I've started among them only. I was watching our genration but I still don't understand if second lead loves the main girl there and there is another second female lead who loves him? I'm confused. Can you clarify in the given list of your dramas if it's second lead's story or first lead's story you recommended that drama to me for? Cause I keep fast forwarding scenes and don't find my required trope. Sorry for being frustrating but I'm lost too, idk. Thanks for your help.

Hey, actually it'd be a huge help if you can name those dramas since going through the list would mean I'd have to watch them myself and as someone who's stuck in hospital for many hours, I'm afraid I'm short of time to search the whole list so would you be willing to give me names?

I can try with the ones I've watched most recently as far as I remember...

  • Echo of Her Voice (SML likes FL for a long time, SFL pursues him and when she's at the point of giving up, he ends up liking her back and they end up happily together)
  • Wenderella's Diary (SML liked and dated FL, he ends up with the SFL)
  • Madam (SML loves FL, SFL pursues him, they end up married with a baby in the end.

There are definitely a lot more on there but I watch so much I can't remember whether it's the SFL who likes the ML or the SML who likes the FL in the rest of them.
