More like Nothing But You: Cdramas that have lots of arcs and acting moments

I am looking for more cdramas like Nothing But You, because it's a great acting drama. The characters have a bunch of different acting business moments that show the odd little details of personality and the feeling and experience of intimacy. Like the female lead stopping her workout on the dot, or the scene where the male lead childishly refuses to share dinner with his step dad. I like all the little surprises that are about personalities blending and clashing because of offbeat human peculiarities. This kind of drama usually has an ensemble with interesting arc supporting characters, too.

In contrast, the leads of Love is Sweet are incredibly charming, and the performers are attracting and entertaining, but the characters are less specifically drawn. That can be a strength, because since the characters are less detailed, so it's easier to identify with them, and the drama can have a lot of fans who see themselves in the characters. Also, it makes the drama really easy to watch, because I know what to expect from the characters. (I've met cold, yet secretly protective, businessman MLs before.) The drama has a lot of style and humor, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for right now.

Maybe:

Best Choice Ever FL is strong-minded and independent, don't mind being scolded but mind if her family being scolded. ML is cold and have trauma. SFL is a divorcee whose bad husband stealing her design. SML is much younger but devoted. FL has orthodox mom who believes marrying high is the best because she lacks education and living poor her whole life. FL's dad is kind and diligent. FL's step-grandma that is ML's paternal grandma is a strong woman with many life lessons being teached to FL.

Boss & Me ML's sister says giving out money is insincere so ML giving FL breakfast every single day, mostly blood replenished foods. SML likes SFL, but SFL likes ML, all 3 are best friends. FL is simple minded and stubborn. ML is lacking social knowledge, but putting efforts.

Falling into You FL does pilates regularly (great lean body). ML is asking for FL's attention all the time like a puppy since first meeting. There's no second leads iirc, but there's FL's dad, the greatest Chinese athletic coach living abroad that can't win over his daughter.

Filter FL is lacking confidence but passionate. ML is a genius that's lacking empathy. SML 1 is flexible and calculating. SML 2 is money oriented. SFL 1 doesn't want to get married but don't mind fwb. SFL 2 is smart and teasing FL all the time, likes to make her angry. Robbing her room, gaslighting and pushing her limit, but actually cheering her to change.

Le Coup de Foudre SML is a doctor, he makes warm honey water for SFL every morning. ML survives his teenage days by eating microwaved frozen sandwiches for each meal at home. FL chooses her family over ML while she's still a teenager which is a mature move. SFL has trauma over her parents' bad relationship.
