Last Twilight (blind and they clearly worked on doing the representation well)
Moonlight Chicken (excellent series, 2nd couple includes a young deaf man)
Pluto (blind woman)
All three were on GMMTV's YT channel. They may still be there. If you live in a country with Viu or have a VPN, check there as well.

May be harder to find, at least legally -
Sleep with Me Philippines. Good rep, one woman in a wheelchair, the other with a sleep disorder, comfort series vibe
See Your Love - FANTASTIC Taiwanese series which has great fun with gangster tropes, then refuses to take the gangsters seriously. One lead character is deaf - rep is excellent.
I Hear the Sunspot - Japanese. Deaf lead, very good on the isolation of disability

Thai PBS - free to stream subbed, direct links in comments for both of these.
Do you count autism for this? I don't. The Broken Us is excellent; Aelm and Jennis are so good in their characters too.
Sweet Sensory isn't a romance, but that's only because she can't see the way he looks at her. A lovely, close friendship develops between them with a lot of feeling. It's only 8 episodes too, if you fancy something for in between longer or heavier ones.
