In Idol I, the ML falls for the FL very hard and very quickly and is the one who intentionally creates romantic moments with the FL, is the first to confess his feelings, and is the one who waits for an answer from the FL.
Technically, the FL falls first, but she does such a good job of managing her feelings and keeping them within the boundaries of gratitude and fangirl-hood that when the ML confesses his feelings for the FL, the FL is genuinely unsure of herself and asks for time to sort out her own feelings.
