Looking for weird/flashy characters....

It doesnt matter if it's from a movie or a drama.

It has to be weird enough for others starting to comment on such.

I don't know what more to say, i'm just looking for some characters that will be quite entertaining to watch :D

I immediately thought of Nobuta wo Produce's Akira. And then I thought of Ikebukuro West Gate Park's Takashi (a.k.a. "King"), since it's rumored that Yamapi (who had an early supporting role in IWGP) modeled Akira's strange mannerisms on Kubozuka Yosuke's Takashi (albeit a rather toned-down version).

The Girl Who Sees Scents was really funny.
