My favorite kind of female lead, this kind of character just make the drama funnier and more entertaining, and when it come to romantic scenes it always feel sexier somehow. Example:

Couple or Trouble (well this one is an exception because their chemistry didn't work but I still love the female lead)
My Fair Lady
You Who Come from Another Star and I Hear Your Voice have some pretty awesome female lead but I'm not a fan of noona romance (well technically the former isn't a noona romance because the male lead is a hundreds years old alien, but he still look younger... and is younger in real life so I get this feeling that they're not on the same level or something)
