Nodame Cantabile is great, slapstick comedy with romance and a deeper story.
Though not about young people one of the funniest dramas I watched was Bad Family. It is Korean and I adored it.

I prefer japanese drama but korean and taiwanese dramas are fine too. I would like it to be about young people and it would be nice if it has some romance in it too.
