i need recommendations about newer dramas (2010 to current) that fits the description (korean, japan, taiwanese dramas is okay but no thai, vietnam & other country please). i prefer dramas with male lead or male secondary lead suffer from terminal illness (cancer, etc) not mental illness or disability.
