You know, I was thinking that JDrama would be more popular than KDrama. Japan itself is a more popular country (I don't mean to offend anyone. I just see more of Japan in pop culture and on the news rather than South Korea. In fact, I rarely see anything related to N/S Korea unless it's about military bases, etc.). I guess they have better Dramas than the Japanese? :)

I'm learning Japanese right now, so I'm trying to stick with JDrama for the time being, but I also want to learn Korean and watch KDrama as well!

Well i didn't watch any JDrama and i know nothing about their culture: though i used to think that japan is the most interesting asian country, i mean because it's the most economically developed one, but discovering KDramas changed this idea and that don't mean that JDramas are not interesing: i'm planning to watch some but for now i'll stick with KDramas too.
So if you want to try any Kdrama, you can choose one of my list and i hoope it'll be helopful.
Hi, I looked through your drama list. Is that all you watched? :D lol
So i would like to recommend you some dramas:
Romance Town (still airing), Call Of the Country (very funny, a little bit police, about a secret agent), Capital Scandal (very good, with Kang Ji Hwan from Lie to me), Cinderellas sister (not that much fun, but very romantic and my favourite drama), Couple or Trouble (2006, yet very funny and cute about a rich girl, who lost her memory and has to live with poor guy and his children ^_^),
Goong (a must watch XD), Lawyers of Korea (there is great main guy character), Playful Kiss (not my cup of tea, but it is a romantic comedy), Boys Over Flowers (i know tha jap version, which is pretty good, so K-version should be also good), That Fool (definatelly great, not ordinary, without cliche, AMAZING), The World That They Live In (with Hyun Bin, more matura and real story about drama directors), When It's At Night (with Kim Sun Ah, interesting), H.I.T. (police drama, but still very good with some funny and romantic elements), Who Are You? (just finished it, very good, funny and touching).
From some movies, i would recommend you: She is on Duty, Finding Mr. Destiny, Seducing Mr. Perfect, My Tutor Friend, My Mighty Princess, My Girlfriend is an Agent, Innocent Steps...

Haha... lots of dramas, right... Hope this will help ;)

I am usually more of a Korean Drama watcher.... but Hana yori dango is sooooo much better than Boys before flowers... (and this even though Boys Before flower has many VERY handsome boys to show around and I love Lee Min Hoos looks)

hmmm some of my favorite K dramas are
"King of Baking" (30 episodes though including 7 epsiodes of prehistory) and
"Dream High".

Both highy addictive...

Hi, i've been watching drama via internet only for 6 months now sdo that's why my list is very poor.
However, thank you very much for your recommendations: i'll try to find all these dramas (i hope that their videos still are available on dramacrazy: it's my problem with some old dramas).
Boys over flowers and playful kiss: i don't think i'll watch them. I tried but i found them very childich.
Concerning movies, i watched 100 days with Mr. arrogant and i didn't like it though i heared that it was a big hit in korea so i decided to stick only with korean dramas.
