Similar to Hana Yori Dango/Boys over Flowers/Meteor Garden

The male lead doesn't have to be a douche. What I want is the part where the male lead's best friend betrays him and steals the girl he likes. The female lead has feelings for the male lead though and in the end, she gets with the male lead.

Suspicious Partner for sure. Also Hi! School - Love On, the Imperial Doctress, the King in Love, and Jealousy Incarnate each have elements that are sort of close to that, in different ways. 

See them all except Suspicious Partner. I'll look into it.

I liked Jealous Incarnate and Hi! School - Love on.

Didn't like the other 2. I hate that writers think they are edgy by having them end up with second leads, when they had better development and chemistry with the main leads.
