I second History of The Salaryman - its funniest I've seen :D
And Legal High is also very very funny :D

I am not a great fan of rom-coms but if they have a great story, writting, acting and directing with glad I watch them. As I see from your list you mostly watch japanese dramas as opposite of me so I can only suggest you k-drama. Try to watch King of Dramas. It is very good in my opinion, with great plot and I really laught loud. As I see it is already on your plan to watch list also.
