-Rich guy who is a  tease/Jerk/ Mean (can be sometimes. Not necessarily all the time but he is tease or jerk.) 

- He falls first . (Love if it have jealous scenes tho)

-No annoying female lead or naive.

- do want funny scenes and good comedy or at least a bit comedy.
