Movie with bad boy and good girl?

I'd like to see a good movie in which there is a rich but rude male and a shy and poor girl, what do you suggest me? ^^

100 Days with Mr. Arrogant ? But the main girl is not shy. Maybe she's poor.. Koizora has bad male lead and good girl as lead. Not sure about the rich and poor thing though.

Chunhyang Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do Baby & I (some places have it as Baby & Me) Season of Good Rain The Relation of Face, Mind & Love - I personally disliked this movie because of its perceived message, but I'll let you judge for yourself.
