Good Doctor? There's a scene with a tunnel or mine collapse in the early episodes when the main character was a kid.
Or maybe Angel Eyes? I dropped it early on but I seem to recall some sort of big accident or tunnel collapse.
Both dramas have doctors and accident scenes, so those two are the ones that jumped to mind. You've seen both of them, so you'd probably know right away if it's one of those. Might be something totally different though :)
