female lead is mentally/emotionally/physically abused by possessive ex

He puts her down constantly and that gives her a hard time forming new relationships. She eventually falls for the male lead and her ex doesn't like that and does everything possible to sabotage the relationship. He does at first, but eventually he gets put in his place and the female lead is finally set free and in a happy relationship with the male lead.
