Any drama where the MC ends with the 2nd female/male lead?

Right now I'm obsessed with fantasy c-dramas, but I'm open to anything.  Lately, I keep getting 2nd male syndrome, so is there any drama (no matter the genre), where the main lead male/female ends up with the 2nd male/female lead? Thanks!!!!

+1 for Dream High and the King in Love. Also the Imperial Doctress and Ms. Perfect. All dramas where the FL ends up with the SML. I'd also recommend trying some Noona romances. The MLs tend to act more like the best SMLs in those.
