I'm looking for chinese\korean historical dramas with HAPPY ENDINGS.

Hi, fellow drama watchers!

I'm looking for Chinese and Korean dramas with the tags, historical, costume, period etc....you get it.

So I'm really...REALLY freaking tired of tragic endings, so here I am, asking you guys to recommend some dramas with happy endings, thanks in advance \sakurahimesama

Ps: please don't recommend dramas that ongoing.

Ok.. I am also just like you So I will tell you my most beloved drama for this year.  its actually a fantasy drama.but all costumes etc seems so good and close to historical ones. Its Legend of fu yao and you can also watch general and I if you did not watch. I am also looking for new  dramas so I will be following the discussion as well hope you will like them.

  • Sound of the Desert (2014)
  • Love and Destiny (2019) [there's fanatsy in it though]

Korean dramas :

  • Rebel : Thief who stole the people (2017)
  • The Princess' Man (2011)
  • The Tale of Nokdu (2019)
  • The King loves (2017) [you have to ship Rin x San to enjoy this one]
  • Moonlight drawn by clouds (2016)

I also love historical dramas! I think I have some that you might like:

Chinese 

  • The Story of Ming Lan
  • Princess Weiyoung (Problem for you is the sad ending but everything else is good. If you can't tolerate that just watch up until the 2nd to last episode)
  • Cruel Romance (I personally skipped through episode 30-37 or so if you do watch it but everything other than that is good)
  • Begonia Rouge 
  • The Mystic Nine

Korean 

  • Different Dreams
  • Jewel in the Crown
  • Haechi
  • The Moon Embracing the Sun 
  • Queen for 7 Days
  • The Crowned Clown
  • Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People

If you're okay with a little fantasy involved you can try

  • Shine or Be Mad (Destiny and Fate)
  • The Great Doctor (Time Travel)
  • Dreaming Back to the Qing Dynasty

Lighthearted dramas with little fantasy (sword skills):

  • Under the Power
  • Dr.Cutie

I hope this list is okay as I tried to avoid a lot of fantasy as you didn't put that in what you were looking for. Good luck finding a show!
