Sadly I haven't watched a lot of dramas from 2012/2013 expect for Rich Men, Poor Woman. But I thought it was great!
I would recommend Innocent Love even though it came out in 2008, it's still good.

These are the only Jdramas I have watched with what I would call intense/passionate romances. I'd actually like some recommendations for that too.
From what I understand they are few and far between.
