Saw your completed list and I kind of understand your preference. A movie which you'd probably want to add to the list is The New World. It's a new movie with Choi Min Sik starring in it.

of those I like Sugarless the best. But I guess they aren't really crime...although I think beating someone to a pulp should be considered criminal activity.

Sweet, Savage Family
Tiger & Dragon (can't actually tell from the synopsis but the main character is a yakuza and tries to quit the business and become a sort of stand up comedian, it makes sense in context)
Hamon (no subs for this one yet :'( )

First two have a large focus on comedy though, if that's not your thing. Although I especially recommend Tiger & Dragon, it's a real gem!
