ugh i love this trope, i wish i had more to suggest:

dramas:

• Touch Your Heart (she's a cheerful, optimistic actress and he's a stoic lawyer)
• Because This Is My First Life (she's not bubbly, but he is the embodiment of stoic thunder dude in a modern drama if i have ever seen one. i highly recommend)
• Put Your Head On My Shoulder (she's a cheerful girl and he's a pretty introverted quiet dude, idk how you define thunder, but imo he's naoki but not an asshole)
• Cinderella and Four Knights (so cheesy but so cute)
• Hanazakari no Kimitachi e & To The Beautiful You (the japanese and korean versions of the same story)
• Extraordinary You (puts a fun twist on the old romance tropes)
• I'm Not A Robot (he's not necessarily tsundere, but this drama just gives me those vibes)
• Clean With Passion For Now (another one where i'm not necessarily sure the guy fits, but it's one of those kind-optimistic-girl-opens-up-the-closed-off-cold-hearted-guy dramas)

movies:

• The Liar and His Lover (I am talking the japanese movie, not the korean remake. Takeru Sato from Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made mo stars in this and it's one of my favorites)
• Blue Spring Ride (adapted from the mango ao haru ride, it's been a hot minute since i've seen it but i think that was the plot??)

• honestly sometimes i'll just get in the mood for that classic tropey romance feeling and the only thing you can do is watch all the shoujo live action movies - Kimi ni Todoke, Strobe Edge, Say I Love You, Heroine Disqualified, Paradise Kiss, My Little Monster, Orange, etc.

others:

• Good Morning Call (it's like an itakiss knock off.. i personally wasn't a fan so while i wouldn't recommend it, it does fit what you're looking for)
• the remake of Meteor Garden probably fits the bubbly girl more, but I prefer the 2001 because i'm weird i guess
• Hana Yori Dango if you're in the mood for the boys over flowers story but with more animated characters and less melodrama (season 1 ends before everything goes to shit woot woot)
• Rich Man Poor Woman (the japanese version, he's more of an eccentric character but it's so good and a classic i have to recommend it)
• Introverted Boss (he's not a stoic thunder dude, he's closed off and socially awkward, but the bright girl helps him open up to the world and it's stupid cute)
• Full House (there's a thai and korean version - i see that you dropped the thai version tho and in my opinion that's the better one)

Close Range Love (j movie)

Drinking Solo (k drama) just started this and it fits this trope to a T
