Kim Yoo Mee's character (the madam) in "Heartless City" (k). She runs a ring of high class prostitutes and is involved in the drug trade, but handles her business like a BOSS. Very likable character for all her evil shenanigans (I think she actually fits into each of your examples, lol)--which, of course, are necessary in that kind of world for her to retain her level of power.
As for romances, where this kind of character is far less common but which I watch far more of, I would say Alice Ke's character (Cai Huan Zhen) in "Marry Me or Not?" (t) is hella shady and tricks the ML's sister several times. She is smart, pushy, egotistical, narcissistic, manipulative and argumentatively witty. God ,the first meeting between her & the ML is basically a verbal cage fight by proxy complete with sound effects! **ding ding** That was sure fun. ;) She's like this UNTIL she falls in love and becomes insecure about her bad-assery; ML was likable and supportive but she needed more of her former fighting spirit to complement her new-found soft side with him. I think they cleaned up her past a little too much tbh. Still a decent watch.
