Can you please help me find this drama?

I'm not really sure if it was japanese, but that's how i remember. It was about a girl who suffers from a heart disease and needs a heart transplant, she stays abroad with her mother and she gets the offer of a heart transplant abroad. She goes to stay with her brother in her native country, and she isn't decided about the transplant. She carries with her a medicine named nitro(nitroglicerine). Her brother shares the house with some friends. I remember that the girl in the end gets the heart transplant. From what i remember it was an old drama...

I'll really appreciate it if you can help me. I have this drama in my head and i can't get rid of it, i really want to rewatch it and i didn't save it that time.... I searched for it everywhere and i can't take hold of it...
