Not so jerk Rich guy falling first and hard for the strong, refreshing Female lead?

I know this is cliche but i am in mood to watch this type of cliche (more description on character down below)

I want Male lead to chase female lead while she doesn't notice him or care for his money and whereas he tries to do whatever it takes to make her like him e.g trying to impress her by his money, doesn't work instead annoys FML but doesn't give up on her

I don't like male lead who treats female lead or his friend or people he loves like trash,Male lead doesn't necessary like everybody and don't be a doormat for other people, male lead is teases people he likes/cares or just do what he wanna without being a like absolute jerk and just shows his care for people who he does care! Female lead who wants to do whatever she wanna without chasing male characters, is refreshing, blunt, carefree,sassy/savage and does what she wants to get something done and doesn't really care what other people think about her and works hard for herself without wanting male lead to jump in and rescue her from problems!

Sounds like Falling for Innocence, the ML is a jerk at first, but he turns into a softie for the FL soon enough and the FL is exactly what you are looking for

There are a few dramas like that, but this one was on your watchlist

Okay, I had to quite think a bit, but here my suggestions:

I second Falling for Innocence
Master Devil do not kiss me (He is kind of a jerk but the FL is exactly what your looking for! But you have to watch at least till episode 3/4 because the beginning of the drama is not the best)

Love With Flaws (ML is a bit... weird? But FL is great!)

My first first love (Altrough I don´t know when a person becomes "rich" for you. He has money and power. But he is definitely not a jerk)

The Love Equations fits the core elements of your list: He's rich (or at least comfortably well-off and much richer than the FL), she's oblivious to hard he falls for her, and she remains spirited and independent to the end. She's the alpha in the pair, without a doubt.

Boss and Me - Rich heir ML, aa little on the stoic and silent side but never a jerk. FlL takes a bit to see the ML as being serious in his pursuit of her.
Game Sanaeha - technically the FL is yhe heiress but ML is a highly trusted and respected person of FLs parents who owns the company. But unlike what your are looking for, the FL here is a spoiled brat and irrationally 'hates' the kind guy
Tarm Ruk Keun Jai - ML owns a farm (?) and very down to earth, FL is on a quest and hides her identity and becomes a normal farm worker. FL is pretty oblivious
The Fierce Wife - this one is with a newly divorced FL from her cheating husband and meets the ML who helps and turns her from normal housewife who is kinda doormate personality but perfect wife material to successful career woman who espands her horizons and does what she can. There is the drama special/movie for the complefe story
Love Now - ML can be considered as a pretty rigid guy rather than a jerk. He does became a jerk a bit at the start because of a bit of misunderstanding the FL. FL is spunky and so awesome. There courtship takes a while because of the misunderstanding plus the FL takes a whole to accept the ML.
