Romance drama where the girl has a phobia or fear?

I want a romance drama where the female has a phobia or fear. Or maybe she is scared of someone due to some event from her past? But it should continue throughout the series, not just at the beginning only one or two times. And the male should know about it and see it sometimes. Btw, not a must but I'd like if the male is older and the female is younger.  So this is it. Can you recommend me all dramas you know? Thanks! Also, as long as there is no sad ending, the country, category etc. doesn't matter.

What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim is the only drama that comes to my mind with what you are looking for.
