Guy wants the girl to love him

• Mr. Queen - A Korean historical romance.The soul of a modern day man (Jang Bong Hwan) travels back in time and takes over the body of a woman (Kim So Yong) who is about to be married to the King of Joseon. The King doesn't fall for the Queen (Jang Bong Hwan in Kim So Yong's body) right away (he thinks she is his enemy) but he definitely falls for her before Jang Bong Hwan falls for him. 
• The Romance of Tiger and Rose - A Chinese historical fantasy romance. The FL is a modern day script writer who enters the world of a drama that she is writing. The ML is the son of a city leader (basically a prince of a city-state) with a life threatening illness who travels to an enemy city-state to trick a princess (second daughter of the city leader) into marrying him so  he can get hold of the city's sacred medicine, which can cure his illness. When the FL enters the story, she becomes a character who is the princess' younger sister (third daughter of the city leader) who has just kidnapped the ML in order to marry him herself. The ML doesn't feel burdened by the fact that the FL doesn't love him at first (he thinks she fell for him first - although he does try to get her to be more affectionate and to call him husband) but there a few occasions where he does feel bad and tries to rectify the situation (e.g., when she tricks him into thinking he drank the poison he gave her / when he finds out his world is fictional and she's from the real world, etc.).
• Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi - A bollywood movie. The ML falls for the FL at first sight, but she doesn't feel the same way. The FL's father's dying wish was that she would marry the ML. The ML knows the FL doesn't love him and gives her space, but wants to get to know her better / get closer to her. He does that by creating a different persona who becomes the FL's partner for a dance competition.
