Asian Female-fighters TV Series, Drama or Films

I'm finding something like this:

Story revolves around the Female lead. She's a great fighter: strong, smart, independent... kind of like a lone-wolf-type (Imagine Mifune Toshirō's characters from old akira kurosawa samurai films yojimbo and sanjuro, but the main character is a woman) where she goes on about her journey without having any romantic relationship whatsoever.
