Which character did you hate at the start of a show but took a turn for the better later on?

Pinocchio female lead XD Really disliked her at first but after a while she grew on me.

Nonetheless, I mostly have the opposite problem. I normally like characters at first but with the episodes the character's development makes me dislike them.
