I wish only new ratings for my completed shows would be listed on my profile under list updates. Whenever I edit a rating or add a note to a drama I've already watched and rated in the past, it shows up on my profile as a list update. In my opinion, it is not really a list update, and it doesn't specify whether it's an updated rating, a note added, or a rating I made after just completing a drama; it just says "completed". I think many MDLers, like me, have a different opinion on a drama after some time has passed. I often rate a drama based on the second half or only last few episodes and fail to see its shortcomings or realise its greatness, so I find myself updating ratings decently often (probably too often but w/e)
