MDL has chosen, for some reason, to not have Vietnamese (and many other Asian countries) in their database. Adding Vietnam has been a popular request for many years now. Mods have not given a logical answer as to why they won't add this request.
They have said silly things in the past like "we want to complete the databases for every country we currently have now before adding new ones", which is an impossible goal given there are multiple new shows and new actors added daily. This makes even less sense given that the longer they delay adding Vietnam (and other countries) the more work it will be if they ever do add more countries.
