^ Unfortunately it isn't. When you search by "most popular" it does not show the results in an ascending or descending order. It just randomly shows the dramas with large no. of users. For example, the first one is Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo with 11k users while Descendants of the Sun is 4th with 16k users.
