Spoiler tags for character names?

I've had a bunch of sageuks and even some melos spoiled for me this way:

I usually want to check who's in the cast before I watch anything, but often the character names listed unveil identities when it's supposed to be a plot twist, because they're listed like "name known by the audience/[SPOILER]"

If a character's name is a spoiler, can we at least have the option to censor it?

There are cases there even the actor being in the cast alone is spoiler...or at least their role and , yes, the name/names as well!

I would like this option as well. When I start a fantasy drama, I check the cast list often because there are so many characters to keep track of, and more than I've been spoiled by a character designation. It's not a big issue but it does ruin the surprise of discovering it on your own.
