Voting list not working

The voting list I created is not working. The starting time and ending time of the list changes on it own even after I set a fixed time. The timing keeps postponing again and again. So, others are unable to vote.

Out of curiosity I voted on your list...and it works. Not sure if it will revert back after some time though.
