How can I view only the things the people I follow post?

If I follow someone, how do I get notifications when they post something. At the moment, I friend people I want to follow and they turn up on my Friend's feed.  Is there any way I can get a Following feed?

You just need to follow them to appear in the Home feed, but most posts have privacy settings restricted to either groups or friends only. You would need to either friend them, or follow them and join a group for better results. There are no notifications at the moment.

Thanks Ji-N. My Home feed seems to be the same as the kisskh feed and there is so much I can't  find them.  Happy to help myself so is there a help article on feeds and groups I can read?  Not sure where to find groups to join them.
