The website won't let me send flowers to Liu Xue Yi (Is it a technical problem?)

According to the website's rules, each user has the right to send a maximum of 300 flowers per week. And I haven't sent anything in March yet. Today is March 1st. And the website won't let me send anything. And I'm a VIP, I paid to be a VIP. I even bought some extra coins for it. (This is weird).

PS: I'm within the rules. I want to send 300 flowers to the artist Liu Xue Yi. Which is the maximum allowed by the website.

And the website won't let me send any flowers. Nothing. Let's see if tomorrow, March 2nd, this will continue. I've already sent a complaint to support.

The maximum per week is 300 flowers. But they are not letting me send anything, zero flowers to Liu Xue Yi. (For other actors it is open, I have already checked.

may be,  They are viewing it based on annual weeks, where March 1-2 falls in the 9th week of the year. Your 10th week of the year is from March 3-9. Check the calendar app.
