Personalized Recommendations

I've had this for a long time and start to wonder if this is the default or if there is some issue or possible bug?
Is it normal that the personalized recommendation list is "stuck"? The personalized recommendations are all shows before 2020 and it doesn't seem to really ever change, which is why I never really was able to use it.
