[Android app] Free coins issue

Hello,

Someone told me I could report this bug on here for it to get fixed sooner or later. I don't know if this bug is already known however.

The mobile app displays possible rewards that could be claimed daily but when I tap on the button the coin amount increases by 1 and then decreases by 1. It doesn't add any daily coins to my account.

The milestones work though. For example, in this image the daily coins can still be claimed (but have the behavior above) but the Vote on a Custom List x Times worked before and it still does.

Thank you for reporting the issue here instead. Most people don’t report problems, so we often don’t know when something’s wrong. We don’t recommend posting issues on the feed because we miss them about 90% of the time.

No problem. Another thing is this behavior: when I try to watch an ad to get 6 coins, a pop-up appears that says "No ads available". Is it because I'm not in a region that has ads available?

Most likely yes, we have no control over it. You could try VPN to see if it works

Someone else said on the feed post that for them ads play but they don't get the 6 coins afterwards.

I tried with VPN just now. It doesn't work. Guess there are no ads for my country and VPN doesn't bypass that. It's okay, I'd be grateful if only the daily coins worked. ^^

this started happening to my account too. some rewards worked the first time but now they don't work at all. and now suddenly the one for ads doesn't work anymore either, it just says "no ads available" and vpn does not help either, nor by uninstalling/reinstalling the app. and i also would like to find out where/how i can reset or change my privacy preferences (can't find that option anywhere on app or web version).

So there are some in Settings. Go to Settings > Security & Privacy.

thanks for the reply. i should've been more specific, my mistake. it was a different type of settings, the mobile one that asks about your advertising preferences and such.

I see. Don't know about that one, I can't remember having seen something like that when I had the app installed. I no longer have the app on my phone, so I can't help you further, sorry.

Maybe an admin could reply to this thread to help you? idk
