From what I’ve seen, comments with a lot of repeated emojis, especially the same one over and over, like hearts, can sometimes be flagged as spam, even if the message itself is supportive or kind. It’s nothing personal. It’s just how some platforms handle excessive repetition.
Also, I don’t think MDL sends notifications when a comment is removed for spam, so it’s possible that’s why you weren’t notified.
